Booking a Consultation Makes Sense
This page is usually shown after completing the Ian The Chiro symptom checker.
If you landed here directly, you can still use this page as general guidance. For a more relevant recommendation, start with the 60-second symptom checker first.
Based on your answers, the most sensible next step is likely to start with a proper consultation.
This does not mean you definitely need treatment, adjustments, dry needling, or a long care plan. It simply means your symptoms are worth assessing properly before guessing what to do next.
At Ian The Chiro, the first step is to understand what may be contributing to your pain, how it affects your daily life, and whether chiropractic care is suitable for your case.
What we would usually look at
During consultation, we may look at:
- where your pain or discomfort is coming from
- whether the issue behaves like a joint, muscle, nerve, disc, posture, or movement-related problem
- what makes it worse or better
- whether your symptoms are linked to work, sleep, training, stress, or daily habits
- whether chiropractic care is suitable, or whether another type of care makes more sense
What happens after assessment?
Depending on your case, the next step may include chiropractic care, soft tissue work, dry needling, exercises, advice, monitoring, or referral if needed.
The goal is not to rush into treatment. The goal is to get clearer on what is going on and what makes the most sense for your situation.
