Activation on First Visit
Your package validity begins on the date of your first session, not on the date of purchase. This ensures you never lose time if you purchase in advance.
Tiered Validity & Expiry
Packages of up to 6 visits are valid for 6 months. Packages of 7 visits or more are valid for 12 months. Unused sessions after the validity period are forfeited.
Combo Deductions
Combined treatment and dry needling packages deduct 1 adjustment and 1 dry needling session per visit. They cannot be split into separate appointments.

- Immediate Family Sharing: Packages may be shared among immediate family members upon request. However, any new family member who has not been seen before must first complete an initial consultation prior to utilizing any shared sessions.
- 14-Day Refund Policy: Package refunds are permitted within 14 calendar days of purchase. Utilized sessions are recalculated and deducted at full standard single-session rates before returning the balance.
- Accepted Payment Methods: DuitNow QR, Credit and Debit Cards (Visa and Mastercard), and Cash. (Direct bank transfer is available at counter upon request).

Official Receipts for Flexi-Benefits & FSA
We issue official, itemized clinic receipts for every consultation and treatment. Patients whose companies provide Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), wellness allowances, or corporate flexi-benefit stipends can submit this receipt directly to their HR portal for reimbursement.

A consultation allows your chiropractor to take a thorough medical history, perform orthopedic tests, and assess whether chiropractic adjustments or dry needling are safe and appropriate for your body. Starting treatment without a proper assessment is unsafe. Once assessed, you and your chiropractor can decide whether a package or single sessions make sense for your condition.
Packages are completely optional. You are never obligated or pressured to commit to a package. Many patients prefer paying per visit (RM150 consultation, RM120 adjustment, RM80 dry needling per half body). Packages simply offer a discounted per-session rate for patients requiring structured follow-up care.

We operate on a direct self-pay model and do not handle third-party insurance billing or guarantee letters. However, we issue official itemized clinic receipts with our practitioner KKM registration (CP-PPPB2026/35176) and ACM membership (ACM-297).
